2. No Refunds Policy
2.1. General Principle
Under normal circumstances, event ticket refunds may be permitted under certain conditions. However, due to the unprecedented and unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, and in order to ensure the sustainability and continued operation of the event, there will be no refunds provided for event tickets purchased.
2.2. Force Majeure Events
In the event that the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or modified due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers (referred to as “Force Majeure Events”), ticket holders will be entitled to a refund.
2.3. Ticket Transfer or Voucher Options
To provide an alternative solution and accommodate ticket holders, the event organisers may offer the following options:
2.3.1. Ticket Transfers: Ticket holders may be allowed to transfer their tickets to another person who can attend the event on their behalf. The ticket transfer process, terms, and conditions will be communicated by the event organizers through appropriate channels.
2.3.2. Vouchers: In some cases, event organisers may issue vouchers or credits that can be used for future events organized by the same entity. The terms and conditions for voucher usage will be communicated by the event organisers separately.
3. Communication and Notification
The event organizers will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes, cancellations, or modifications to the event to ticket holders promptly. Communication channels may include, but are not limited to, email, official event websites, social media platforms, and event ticketing platforms. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to stay informed about any updates or changes related to the event.
