Companion Card Ticket Request

The Companion Card allows people with a severe or profound disability, who require lifelong attendant care at events and venues, to participate without having to pay for a second ticket for their companion.

Professional Championship Wrestling is a proud supporter of the Companion Card. Simply complete the form below, and the companion will be given a complimentary General Admission ticket. It is a requirement that the companion accompanies the person with the severe or profound disability throughout the event.

Please note that due to limited availability of seating in certain sections, your party may be moved to a different area to your ticket. For example, if you hold a ringside ticket and ringside is sold out, we may need to move both parties to general admission to ensure you are seated together.
